These Terms govern your use of the Apprenticeshipped mobile app and related services. By downloading, accessing or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the app.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Apprenticeshipped. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide is accurate and up to date.
Apprenticeshipped is an apprenticeship finder and tracking app. Features may include account creation and login, apprenticeship search and details, saving opportunities to your Vault, deadline reminders and notifications, premium tools and subscription features, and application tracking and related productivity tools.
Apprenticeshipped is an informational and organisational tool. It does not itself employ users, guarantee interviews or placements, or decide whether you receive an apprenticeship.
Listings may come from public or government APIs, direct business submissions, or other third-party sources. We try to present useful information, but listings may change, expire, be incomplete, or contain errors, and deadlines, salary, location, eligibility and availability may change without notice.
Featured or paid-for placement does not amount to an endorsement or guarantee. Applications are generally completed on third-party websites, including government or employer websites. Your dealings with those third parties are between you and them.
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure, all activity under your account unless caused by our failure, and keeping profile details accurate.
We may suspend, restrict or terminate accounts where reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, legal reasons, or protection of other users or the service.
Some features are only available on a paid subscription.
Where you buy a subscription through Apple or Google, billing is handled by the relevant app store, subscriptions may auto-renew unless cancelled before renewal, cancellation, payment method changes, and store refunds are generally managed through your Apple or Google account subject to their terms, and RevenueCat may be used to validate and manage subscription entitlements.
We may change premium feature sets, pricing, or plan names from time to time. Changes will not affect a current paid period already purchased unless required for legal, technical or security reasons.
You may stop using the app at any time. Deleting the app from your device does not automatically cancel a subscription. You must cancel store-managed subscriptions through Apple or Google.
You may request deletion of your account using the in-app delete account button, [WEB DELETION URL], or by contacting rm@rnsoftwaresolutions.com. We may retain limited data where required by law or reasonably necessary for legal claims, fraud prevention, and compliance.
All intellectual property rights in the app, branding, design, software, databases, and original content belong to RN Software Solutions Ltd. or its licensors.
We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for personal, non-commercial consumer use in accordance with these Terms.
If you enter notes, tracker entries, preferences or other content into the app, you keep ownership of your content. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display it only as needed to operate and improve the service and to comply with law.
You must not submit content you do not have the right to use.
We may update, improve, suspend or withdraw all or part of the app for operational, legal, security or business reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
We may release beta or experimental features. These may change or be removed at any time.
Apprenticeshipped provides organisational and informational assistance only. It does not provide legal, careers, immigration, educational, financial or employment advice. You should verify key details directly with the listing source or relevant official body.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law, including rights that cannot legally be excluded.
We are responsible for losses we cause to you by breaching these Terms unless the loss was not reasonably foreseeable, was caused by events outside our reasonable control, was avoidable by taking reasonable action, or relates to business losses, because the app is provided for consumer use only.
We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Subject to the above, the app is provided on an “as available” basis and we do not guarantee that listings, alerts, or third-party application journeys will always be available, accurate or uninterrupted.
Our use of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, Tracking, Analytics & Notifications Notice, and related notices made available in the app or on our website.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer resident in the UK, you may also benefit from any mandatory protections of the law of the part of the UK where you live. Any disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales or, where mandatory law allows, the courts of the part of the UK where you live.
For non-UK consumers, mandatory local consumer protections may still apply where required by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you.
These Terms apply to consumer use. If we later offer services to schools, providers, employers or enterprise partners, those services may be subject to separate terms.
